Sleeping up to five people it is a perfect base for families to explore Gower and Swansea and further afield.
The house is simply furnished but very comfortable with all mod-cons including gas fired central heating, washing machine, microwave, range style cooker, Television and DVD with Sky, a downstairs shower and bathroom upstairs. There is a south facing conservatory and a wood-burning stove in the living room.
To the back of the house is a secure, south facing garden, with lawn and plants and a patio area. Beyond the garden there are trees, fields and more fields, making the house a very peaceful location in which to spend a holiday.
It is suitable for children and 1 well-behaved dog is allowed.
Please note there are some steep stairs in the house which may make it unsuitable for some.
